Overall, very poor.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Bad area for automobile break-ins, my car 3 times in 1 year. Slow response time from staff for even minor maintainance issues such as repair of cracked vertical blind. Far too overpriced for the facility conditions. Try Covington Apts right next door and $200 cheaper @ 2Br/Ba and far better facilities including alarm. I will ne moving there myself when our lease is up.
