Terrible Leasing Agents & Overall Poor Quality Apartment Structure

the water heater in the above apartment "exploded" and leaked down and filled my apartment. The leasing office agents continuously stated that I should have had renters insurance. they also stated they had nothing to do w/the 'freak accident'. Their upkeep & maintenance is terrible. Everything falls apart.
the area around the apartment complex is disgusting...dog owners seldom clean up after their dogs. Also, I saw a condom w/ dried semen at the bottom of a staircase of another buidling for THREE DAYS. I reported it b/c I couldn't bare to stare at it any longer...what kind of people don't call to get that garbage cleaned up' Scary and Shady characters who make up the Central park apartments!

Do yourself a favor and move elsewhere!

Really? What building do you live in or near? I am a resident and I see dog feeces seldomly, but that is expected.
