I AM A MAINTENANCE WORKER. WHY DONT TENANTS TAKE THE TIME AND WRITE SOMETHING NICE ABOUT US,THE STUFF WE PUT UP WITH, IM ONLY GONNA NAME A FEW BUT I CAN WRITE FOREVER,Hmmmmm... lets SEE,we enter some real nasty apt's with germs all over and some call just for a light bulb not working. instead of buying one yourselves,garbage all over,dirty diapers,laundry, have the nerve to clog disposals again and again and act like nobody knows how the milk cap got there Duuuuhhh,

Instead of bitching about this, you should be concern about the tenant. I lived at the Central Park apartments for 3 years and the only thing that I can say about it is that when I first moved in to my new apartment I went through the check list they give you so you can mark anything you see wrong with the place. At first at thought that was a very good idea before i found out that the charge you for everything. This includes normal wear and tear. They even lied about how we left furniture imprints on the carpet. Hello!!! isn't this normal? Besides, I reported this imprints also before i moved in. They said the previous tenants's furniture did that and that it was ok. Now that i moved , they are trying charge me for a whole new carpet. I have a bill for $1,500.00 . Can you believe that????? Now, MR. Maintenance, why are you bithing about? We have good reasons for getting upset with this place. The office is not well run, the laundry rooms are nasty, with germs.....Most of you have attitude, and are guetto. You shouln't be talking about like this to tenants or any one since you claim to work for Central Park..........Do you have anything to say????

I think the tenants don't post anything nice because there isn't anything nice to say. The maintenace work that was done in my apartment could have been done better by a child.

ALL THE RESIDENTS DO IS -----!, if you can't stand apartment living then get into a ------- house you all would probably be too stupid to even maintain a house you have the nerve to complain about maintenance these people bust their ass for you. I've lived at the Parc for a long time and have had no complaints. SCREW IT, you ppl got what u deserved
