I have lived in two different apartments here over the course of the last two years. I did not get any unreasonable charges for carpet cleaning or anything else when I switched to a bigger unit. I have always found the management to be very helpful, professional, and cooperative when I have any requests. The maintenance staff is the very best I've seen, and they work their a***s off to keep this place looking good, despite the fact that some residents do litter and don't pick up after their dogs. Look around here, and look how much things are kept up, upgraded, and maintained. It is a beautiful complex. Drive around to the other complexes in SE Denver, and name one that looks better. I have never had problems with hot water, neighbors, management, maintenance, or anything else. I like living here, and am signing my third lease soon.

In response to the most absurd complaint I've ever heard:
To the guy calling his lawyer because the management did not have an open garage right by his unit, I say GET A LIFE. Seriously. Are they magically going to create a garage for you, or kick someone else out'' I feel for the staff - they have to put up with moronic behavior like yours.

This is a nice community. On any given weekend as well as weekdays, the basketball court are full of neighborhood basketball games with kids ranging from 5 to 17. This makes me happy. We live in a very diverse community, and it's nice to see that everyone does not hide in their apartments and keep to themselves, as I have seen in other complexes. Drive down the street to other complexes I promise the "community" is not nearly as healthy.

I give it a two thumbs up.
