The current management over the parc at cherry creek have poor customer service skills,
my car has been broken in to twice and is all the manager could say is file a report The security is lacking,
rule only apply to the tenant and not the staff.......they remold apartment leaving stoves washer and dryer and old carpet they replace in the walk ways over night even up to three days....
they gave me two day notice that they had to rip out the walls to replace pipes they gave no concern to the living conditions or the mold due to the leaking pipes people coming and going thru the apartments all hour of the day.......Also I was informed that I would need to find a safe place to keep my valuables .......I thought my apartment was my safe place.
this has been over the past year I WILL BE MOVING!!!!!
