BESIDES THE UN EXCITING APARTMENT.... OLD APPLIANCES AND AWFUL PARKING...
I GOT ANOTHER WATER BILL THAT IS EVEN HIGHER THEN WHEN I LAST UPDATED THIS RATING! I THOUGHT EACH BUILING HAD IT'S OWN METER BUT THEY DON'T SO THEY DIVIDE THE WHOLE COMPLEX WATER USE UP AND BILL YOU FOR IT! THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THE SPRINKLERS THEY WON'T EVEN CONSIDER CHANGING WATERING TIMES. And let me be clear.. i want to have a nice place to live grounds included but WATERING 45 MIN PER AREA IS a shame! WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO WATSE MY HARD EARNED MONEY PAYING FOR WATER THAT ENDS UP GOING DOWN THE SEWER' I can't even open my unit windows becuase the water stays on so long it drowns out my tv or radio!
