I am just getting ready to move out of my apartment here that I have lived in for 2 years and I so sad that I can't stay! I have never had such a wonderful experience renting an apartment in my life. The location is great if you can't afford to live downtown but still want to be close. The price is very reasonable- I am a student and I was able to rent a good sized one bedroom by myself. The apartment buildings themselves are well kept and my unit was clean and functional. The appliances are a bit dated but that's not something that really bothers me. The best part about this place is how thick the walls are- I NEVER heard my neighbors! Maintenace is very helpful and always responded quickly to my calls. The community itself has a nice family feel to it and there is a lot of green space between each building. The only complaint I have is that the parking situation can be horrible since there are no assigned parking spaces. If I were to come home late at night I had to park all the way on the other side of the complex and for a single woman walking home at night by herself this is unacceptable. However, I never felt unsafe living here. The managment has always been friendly and helpful to me. All in all this was a very satisfying renting experience that I am sad has to end.
