I am sad to be moving out of The Parc at Cherry Creek this week. I have nothing but praise for the place where I've spent the last 6 months of my life.
The location is very nice, in a relatively safe neighborhood (I had not seen anything suspicious in the time I spent there) surrounded by shopping locations and food venues. The Parc is a place for, mostly, young families and is has a very nice community vibe. Featuring one of the only volleyball courts in any complex, plus a basketball and tennis court, there is never a lack of activity. The Cherry Creek bike path is literally less than a minute away.
The complex itself is a bit dated, not featuring things such as cable outlets in the bedroom, thus making it inconvenient to access the internet via a wired connection. By special request, The Parc agreed to install an extra outlet in our apartment without any hassle what-so-ever.
Given that the community is relatively young, there are kids at the pool and playing basketball, which is to be expected. There is certainly not an overwhelming amount of noise, and most of the residents I had met were very courteous.
What really sets The Parc in a category of its own is the staff. The leasing agent, ----, the assistant manager -------- and the manager ---- exhibited a level of professionalism and communication which one does not often find in any apartment complex. All maintenance issues were addressed within 24 hours of the request, every time. When I had a nasty, weather related issue with my 1st floor apartment, the staff worked tirelessly to make sure I was 100% satisfied and all of my needs were met within an adequate time-frame. Personally, I could not be more pleased with the level of customer satisfaction the staff had granted me.
I will admit that some of the standard apartments are a bit outdated. So, that all said, be sure to get a Platinum, upgraded apartment here because the marginal price difference between standard and upgraded is well worth it.
My overall impression of The Parc is very good, and definitely the best I've seen in this price range.

Even if my job extends my stay, i will move elewhere.I hear Glenbrook apartments are nice.More room as well and more professional.....and they are 3 minutes away.

Well, you just read my review and, obviously, I had found her to be very helpful and extremely professional. You can't please everyone, I suppose. Certainly, calling someone a ----- isn't an appropriate way to express your dissatisfaction. I'm sure the complex isn't for everyone, but it worked very well for me.
