The Towns is currently infested with cockroaches and squirrels which have the tendancy to die in the walls and start rotting. Management is rude and unwilling to solve even minor maintenance issues and become impossible to work with when dealing with large problems, including rotting stench. Fridge leaks even after it was "repaired", windows are out of alignment and won't shut even after several "repairs" and since you pay for heat, you're going to be paying more. Paint can rub right off the wall if you try to clean anything. Closet doors are constantly coming off their rails, apartment is not secure and doors are always propped open. Neighbors are messy and the entire apartment building is trashy. Hallways smell. Management doesn't bother removing ice from the parking lot and even weeks after the snow, salt was never laid down and parking lots and walkways were dangerous. Laundry room is often dark (light bumbs burn out and are seldom replaced) and unsafe.
