I've lived here for almost 10 years. During that time we've had three onsite managers. The first one was tough, but fair. The second one was awesome. The current manager is defensive when I complain and makes me feel as if I'm being unreasonable if I have a complaint. The rent went up last year. I love my apartment, it has a great view and plenty of room. You can't beat the rent. But be prepared for crummy maintenance and loose security.
