We have the one bedroom apt facing west, and the view is one of the best in Denver. We can see downtown backdropped by the mountains right out of our window. It's the best place to be on July 4th!
The building is old, so the sound insulation is pretty good, and there are a lot of older residents living here (which is good, because it's kept very clean and quiet).
One bad thing is that there usually aren't enough visitor parking spaces. Also, there isn't much privacy on the balcony, we're in the corner of the building and can see into other people's windows on the other side.
The parking lots and entries are secure, and there are trash chutes on each floor.
It's very international here, too, which makes it more interesting! Maintenence is very friendly and prompt. Building is always very clean.

So in summary, we're very happy with these guys, and it's very good for the super-cheap price.
