Follow up to previous review. The staff is horrible!! They are rude, inconsiderate & mean. They do not care about the tenants - only the almight dollar. Maintenance requests are virtually ignored, until the problem becomes huge...at which point management tries to blame you for not bringing it to their attention. Stay away, stay away, stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived at Twin Lakes for several years now and have had the opportunity to know many of the staff members. The complaint that was dated 2/06 can not possiblely be true. The office and maintenance staff have always been kind, considerate and MORE then helpful when I or my neighbors are in need. This has been an enjoyable place to live and I am certain it will continue to be for many years to come.

I lived at Twin Lake Towers a few years ago, for three years, and I never had a problem with any of the staff members. I once had a problem with my A/C, they tried to fix it, but after the third try and no luck, they just went out and bought me a new A/C unit. I miss Twin Lake Towers!!
