l have lived in twin lake towers for over a year. The rent was reasonable at first & then there was an unbelievable rent increase, more than $100 dollars. The apartment has Roaches & Mice. I wouldn't recommend anyone, the rent far exceeds what you get!

This is not a true experience for me. The apartments are clean, bug free and the staff is amazing! They have put a lot of money into the apartments and the amenities. This is a 5 star rating at minimum.

The pests might depend on your neighbors. I have experienced roaches and saw one mouse. Another person in the building had to spray for bedbugs.
