The prices are ok...for the area. It is a rather upscale commuinty on the edge of downtown in a pretty decent neighbourhood. The staff are not overly friendly, but could be more so. The manit. crew is great. I have only had to call them twice for 2 minor issues, and they were fast and efficeint about their work. I am trying to rent another smaller place on property and am meeting with some resistance, as I have a pet and I am not clear as to if the $150-refudable portion of the $500 pet deposit will transfer. Overall, it is a pretty nice place. And I would not hesitate to reccomend it, but only if you can afford the slightly expensive prices. Altho the utilites are charged at a commercial rate, so that sorta makes things a little easier. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
