If you are a disrespectful college kid or someone who was tired of your parents telling you to turn the stereo down as they knocked heavily on your "Do NOT Disturb" sign hanging on your bedroom door, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!! In a nutshell, POST Uptown Square is a total nightmare!! The rental prices are extremely high for what you get. The Parking is very bad. If you want to have a parking space then plan on NEVER leaving your "compartment-apartment". The staff does not care about any complaints that you might have. BEWARE the pool area building!!!!!! The noise from the pool area is the worst thing ever imagined. For those of you who love to hear the repetitive LOUD tunes of dance tunes brought to you by a fellow resident who is apparently practicing to become a professional DJ ... YOU are MOST welcomed here!!!. Be prepared to hear screams and beer bottles from 10am until 2 am!!! A REAL "MTV-LIVE FROM SPRING BREAK" experience! It honestly brings back memories of, remember when, frat parties!! But as The lovely manager at POST told me when I complained.. "Movie-in or Move-OUT". The weight room smells like a ghetto sweat shop, and the smells in the corridors and walkways are reminiscent of a bar at closing time.
The water pressure is really BAD. I have had better water pressure in a droughted, third world country. When the A/C turns on it gurgles, but maintenance was right, I did get used to it!
The people who live here well, I guess we now know where the relatives of Randy Quaids character from NATIONAL LAMPOONS came out to live! WOA!!!!
All in ALL, I hope, if you decide to move here, that you have a better experience, but you have been warned!!!!
