I lived here for over a year and had nothing but horrible experiences with the staff and management. They are rude and awful and look for ways to charge you more money. I was in the courtyard one afternoon with my dog who wasn't on a leash.. he is ten pounds. The leasing agent said to me, "You need to put that thing on a leash." She called him a thing! That is how they treat the residents here. They took our entire pet deposit and security deposit and are trying to charge us an additional $800 for miscellaneous charges. Also, our lease ended on a Sunday when the leasing office is closed, so they didn't do the moveout walkthrough until Monday. They tried to bill us for an extra day's rent, utilities, and an $80 fee for staying past the lease! They are ridiculous and every person I know that lives there now or has lived there in the past has awful things to say about this place. It's the lowest rating on this entire website! Talk to someone who has experienced this place before you decide to live here.

First of all while you love your dog, the state does require that you keep your pet on a leash! If you have allow it to run free and do what ever it wants it is no wonder that you had extra fees(perhaps replacement of a urine saturated carpet). While i am sure that you love your pet. Not all of us like unrestrained dogs jumping all over us. If you had obeyed the rules then there would'nt have been a "thing" statement made concerning your pet! I am tired of irresposible pet owners blaming the world for their behavior and that of their pets. Get a clue, it's not the pets fault the office staff or anyone elses fault. It is your fault!!
