I have had nothing but good experiences here. I have had a few maint. issues which were dealt with promtly. Everything was either explained to me or in my lease, as to fees. They were VERY cool about helping my ex and I find seperate places on the property after our break-up. I had a bank screw-up which they were VERY patient about, while I got things worked out. I have had a confrontation with 1 resident and 1 non-resident(a former co worker, who was stalking me)and they made me feel very safe through these issues. Every property will have loud annoying college kids, and disrespectful residents, it's part of the deal. All overall Post is the best place I have live in the past 15 years. I am a proud 4 year resident,and I don't want to move, but I know that my job will eventually take me out of state, and I will miss Post.
