Let's see. Their "manager", Maria, is grossly incompetent and non-responsive. In the red brick old hospital building, the elevator was repeatedly broken and management did nothing but blame it on Otis, the elevator company. The shrugged and said "oh well, there's nothing we can do." Tell that to the poor schmucks living on the 5th floor trying to move out or in or to haul in bags of groceries. The rooftop garden and swimming pool are are Animal House all over again----unless you're 20 and a lush, forget about enjoying those areas.
And complaining to upper management is useless--it's all "cover your ass" in their department. In all, avoid this like the plague and find someplace better!

You must have a lot of time on your hands to write about a place you no longer live in and about people and a company who no longer run the place.

I disagree with MDCDALTX, but in response to the entry, where else can you live that is close to the same price? I've been looking all over and thought I found the best deal - I was so wrong.
