I recently moved here from the east coast. I leased online and had no idea what I was getting myself into. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised with everything from the location to the ammenities. The gym is huge and has great equipment. The gounds are kept spotless and the office staff is extremely helpful. My apartment is great with a respectable rent price. I have no complaints and would definetly recommend Uptown Square to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the best location in the city.

Spotless grounds? staff helpful? Still have NO complaints? You got one thing right...you have NO IDEA what you have gotten yourself into.

Since the original post, nothing the reviewer commented on has been maintained. Gym equipment is frequently broken, the staff is rude and unaccomadating, and rents have jumped more than 40%. Maintenance issues are no longer addressed. It was fun once, but management has ruined the place.
