This is a nice community. There is a cafe, restaurant, yoga studio, flower shop, dry cleaners, and other nice businesses in the complex itself. People generally keep to themselves, maintenance is nice, office staff is friendly, and the pool is always filled with tons of women sunbathing in the summer-time. Downtown is just a short walk away.

I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a safe, friendly, and upscale environment. Some people on this thing are just too picky and should go buy their own house if they want perfection.

This person sounds as if they work here. The office staff is rude, people throw parties in the courtyard like thay own it and the maintenance staff is slow and no one gets back to you about whether the problem will be fixed or not. I do not think that the people on this site are being too picky. It is the office staff that lies to your face about the issues that is the problem.

I DID "go and buy my own house." Once I did that, they treated me as if I were a convicted felon trying to get out of my lease. I'm currently filing a small claims suit against them for breach of contract - they don't know how to read.
