My college dorm was made of better building materials. I can hear absolutely EVERYTHING above me and it is absurd. Often times I wake up due to the actions above me. On the first day here the ceiling in the bathroom leaked all over. Great start to this cheap,overpriced place. Also, the parking garage is a free-for-all. The management claims they patrol the garage for non-resident cars but this is not the case. Good luck finding a dryer that works in the first round. It is normal to see trash in the hallways and staircases or bums on the benches outside. Overall, I absolutely cannot wait for my lease to be up in July so I can get out of the piece of ----, cheap hole.

I agree - I can hear everything above me too :( It's a shame because I saw this review and asked my leasing agent about it BEFORE I MOVED IN and he told me that there is concrete between the units, so I would not be able to hear the people above me. I trusted him, moved in, and now I'm very unhappy to say the least.

I agree with this person completly!! The gated garage is filled with cars that have no parking stickers and no one seems to care. I have never once seen an office employee patrol these areas and I have never seen the so-called Courtsey Officer that they claim to have. the courtyards are free for all party places on the weekends to the point that we feel we can not even go use the grill because some people throw their parties around the cooking area. We read bad reviews and brought it up to the office staff and we now know that they really just lied right to our face. They are all helpful and nice until the day you sign the lease then after that they are very very very rude and very unhelpful!!
