overpriced-bad management

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I've lived here for a year in a studio and to re-new my lease they jacked up the price $150 (FOR A STUDIO!) It's a nice place, great area, but the management is horrible. The access pad to get onto my floor has been broken for a month and when I called on it they said "we've had people working on it. It should be fixed in a week." How many people does it take' Seriously, it was great with the old management, but they switched the management half-way through my lease and the new people are inpolite and snooty. The doors are constantly broken making the "safe place" hardly safe at all.
