We were one of the first tenants when the property was Post Uptown and we have renewed every year since. When looking at what is available in Denver in the same price range, with comparable amenities (covered parking, central air and heat, new windows, gated entry, dog walks, swimming pool, and cool courtyards) Uptown Square wins every time. Plus it is within walking distance of Lodo but far enough away to escape the noise, chaos, and other dangers, at closing time. No place this size is perfect in every aspect but I have heard and read horror stories about other properties which make any annoyance I may have had over the years seem petty.

Wow, there's no chance this is management posting (again) on this site, is there? I'm amazed that this "couple" has lived at Uptown since the beginning, yet doesn't comment on management changes, rent increases or maintenance issues. Also, what do they consider comparable properties? Rent at Uptown has increased 40% or more since Equity Residential took over in 2006. Next time, save everyone some time and just post your marketing brochure instead of pretending to be a tenant.

All I can say is that the review should be flagged because I feel it has been written by a member of the management. In all the time that they have supposedly lived at Uptown Sq there has never once been any problem or issue? If you ask the staff they equate any complaints to people who did not like the switch from Post but these people do not even comment on it... I guess this is a perfect place if you like a rude staff, unsecured building, continuous noise from roof and pool, unsecured and dangerous parking garage, maintenance issues that are always pawned off as problems for the contractors, contractors that do not ever appear to fix before mentioned issues...Well then by golly you have found your self one fine high priced bag of crap to live in!!! I must congratulate the staff for slipping in their own false good reviews though...I only wish they put as much energy into helping their tenants have a decent place to live as they put into lying and being rude when you come into the office with a question! I hope they get fired soon!
