Overall, a clean and convenient place to live.

This is a great place to live if you want to be close to downtown Denver. The pool and hot tubs are a nice feature, as well as the free breakfast on Fridays. Make sure to ask if you qualify for their "lower income" rent. We are getting a lot for our money. The only downside to Uptown Village is the poor quality of the laundry rooms and the younger tennants who live here. Occasionally we have had problems with college-age drunks making noise in the courtyard at 3am. Overall, a clean and convenient place to live.
