Not worth it!

I have been more than frustrated with this apartment complex.
The management is run by a man name Jacob.
He acts like he is 8 and is the rudest manager I have ever met.
If you have any problems including other tenants playing their music so loud you can't sleep; you might as well keep the complaint to yourself.
It also takes forever to get anything repaired in the apartment if they come at all.
The management alone makes this place not worth half of the money.
When we moved in, we were told "This isn't your apartment, it is theirs.
We need to accept whatever they want to do including going through our apartment with no notice." I thought they were being a bit strong but sure enough they come through for whatever they want.
You also have to pay for enclosed parking which has broken doors locked open all the time.
The security here is pathetic.
There are some good things.
The hot water never runs out since the building has a boiler room and not a hot water heater.
Also the apartments for the most part are quiet.
If you have do manage to get a loud neighbor like I did though, your on your own.
One of the best things is the view.
If you get an apartment facing the street it is awesome to look out on the city.
Overall, I would say this place is not worth moving into.
There are tons of great places in Downtown Denver and the surrounding neighborhoods that would cost less and be a lot nicer.
