I admit I never have lived here, but I did get to see one particular leasing agent in action while I was waiting for a tour. He had a very unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude way of dealing with tenants. Based on this, and the other comments that are listed here about this particular staff member, I have decided not to rent here, despite the decent rooms and nice location.
