I have lived at Uptown Village for a year and a-half. During this time the office staff has changed completely over. Some are good some are not. I had a great renewal experience with the Assistant Manager her name is Karie who made sure all my needs were taken care of. The person in charge of parking is quick to snap at you when someone else is parking in your paid parking space. The overall staff seems to lack positive attitude including the service staff. My overall opion is to becareful who helps you with your issues.
