Due to the high employee turn over at the Uptown the staff is oblivious and unhelpful in many situations. So what if you write a complaint, they expect to be fired within their first six-months anyway. I lived in a townhome there and many times we had drunk individuals stumble into our apartment at 3am. One time a guy came into my apartment throught he complex entrance and threw-up all over my carpet. The staff was unsympathetic and told me that I should learn to lock my door.
