I lived here for six months. Customer service was not that great, parking was a rip-off, rent seemed high for being under the 'low income' category.
The pool and work-out facility were nice at the time. They did have social events every now and then that weren't bad. The location was good. Balconies had a great view.
If you're just out of college and really not serious about your career yet and like to party, I would recommend it. If you're not so much into the party scene, I wouldn't recommend it.
