Elevators never work

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I am writing this cause in the last month the elevators have not worked atleast 7 times. If you move here get an apt on a lower floor as you will be climbing stairs often. Also get a flashlight as there is no emergency lighting in the stair wells and when the power goes off you have to use your cell phone to light your steps.
