Uptown Village

I'm not sure what people are having a problem with at Uptown Village. I lived there from 10/05-07-06 and didn't have a single problem. When I had a maintenance issue it was resolved within 24-hours as promised, usually within 12. Was given far warning of the garage cleaning to have my car removed, and they did it on a weekend so I could park in the street and not pay. If I was out of town on business past the time period that rent was due, they understood and forgave the late penalty. I still remain in contact with the facility manager to this day. As long as you aren't a college drunk that disturbs the peace, you follow the policies, then all is fine. I was in the process of moving back to Denver, and was planning on living in Uptown Village again (in August 2007) but my business plans changed. Neighbors across the hall had a band where they played the drums and electric guitar; and only if I turned off the TV and listened really closely could I hear a mellow guitar. Landscaping was always well kept for their summer parties.
