I had brown water for around 7 weeks. This wasn't just coming out of one faucet; it was coming out of my shower, every faucet, my dishwasher ect. They kept telling me they were doing "everything they could". I kept getting promises week after week that it would be fixed the following week, but wasn't. They did nothing to help me out with water filters, reimbursement of a portion or rent, or purchased water or anything. They just said sorry and not very nicely at that.
