This is a great place. I know there has been lots of "DRAMA", apparently some other residents are stupid and lock themselves out and then freak out that it is $25 for a lock out key AFTER HOURS! Be more responcible and it wouldnt be a problem.
They are remodeling right now and it's going to look great! Such an improvment!

Yes, you know it's really the management when the post reads like a brochure. After talking like a salesperson all day, it's hard for them to switch to talking like a normal person when they post the fake reviews. Even the most positive review from a genuine non-staff resident would probably include at least one or two negative points -- no place is perfect. Also, staff members find it hard to resist the temptation to compliment themselves in the review. To me, the best thing a genuine review could say about the staff would be "nothing goes wrong, so I never have to deal with them."
I'm glad that apartment staff are unable to write convincing reviews, because it certainly makes it easier for us apartment shoppers to immediately know which ones are fake.
I sometimes think that I should go into the business of writing sincere-sounding fake reviews on behalf of apartment complexes, since they apparently can't do it themselves. :)

LOL!!! Clearly a rating from someone working for this complex! No one that lives there would rate the office staff a 5 out of 5!!! LOL!!!

Definitely someone who works here wrote it. Either that or they are seriously on something. The improvements are only cosmetic. Someone thinks slapping a coat of paint on everything is gonna make this place shine. They still haven't fixed many things that have been broken or not working properly for years, i.e. human soup hot tubs, non-locking security doors in the parking garage, exercise equipment and many other things. They were gonna charge me more money to stay in my crappy old apartment, if anything I should get a discount. They did offer to clean the old cheap carpet that stains just looking at it for free. They sure know how to keep customers happy here. New management, same problems and even more rudeness, stay away. It'll be nice till you give your signature, then watch out.

Wow, indeed! My lease doesn't say anything about a $25 dollar lock out fee. They have to notify you in writing to amend a lease which as far as I know never happened. Time to call the lawyer.
