Uptown Village

 

Over all I have enjoyed living here and I am sad that I have to move into a new apartment.

My apartment layout is nice.

Most of the staff are very friendly and they have been promote on resolving any maintenance issues.

They even gave me a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the maintenance work.

Drawbacks: the curbside parking is okay but not all that safe.

I have seen many cars hit and saw one car window smashed in.

The underground parking is very safe but be prepared to pay a high price just like the high rent.

I never hear my neighbors who live on the sides of me or above me but you can hear everything going on in the hallways that lead to the various apartments.

You hear doors slamming at all hours.

They are currently doing renovations and due to this everyone's rent will be going up a few hundred dollars.

I was going to move into a studio apartment but due to the price increase I would pay the same price for a studio that I am currently paying for the one bedroom.
I would have to say that my time here has been a positive experience and the location is awesome for uptown.

I am sad to be moving and would stay if the rent was not so high.
