Over two years ago I arrived in Denver and moved in here because I really didn't know where to live. I have stayed almost 3 years.
I am a surgery resident and I am very tired after call, yet I can sleep like a baby in this place. Never hear the neibours.
The management are all residents and answer and deal with issues 24/7.
What little details I have asked them to evaluate are taken care of in less than 48hrs without a problem.
The Indoor and outdoor pools are wonderful. The Pool table room has classy style and the party room with a dance floor, kitchen, real fireplace and bar can be rented and is SO elegant.
My view from my balcony oversees the mountains and downtown, yet I can grab onto Colorado Ave or I-25 to the mountains.
Easy access open parking or you can pay for underground parking with NO problem to obtain.
The ONLY reason I am moving is my girlfriend has a dog and they don't allow them .. I dragged my feet as long as possible!
