I have lived in this building on the 10th floor for almost exactly a year now and I absolutely love it. My one bed apt is about 900 sq ft and feels huge. So much cabinet space in my kitchen that girls make fun of me for having empty cabinets. I have a huge apt with a huge balcony with killer views of the mountains. The carpet was new when I moved in. My kitchen is very large for an apt, I have floor to ceiling window in my bedroom which rocks and a floor to ceiling full wall length sliding glass door out to my balcony so my place is always well lit. In the winter, it is warm and I rarely have to turn my heat on despite the fact that I don't have to pay for it. In the summer, the AC CRANKS.

I have 2 full size closets, and they give you a free storage space in the basement that is lockable and about 4x3x8...free.

Parking is NEVER even close to an issue and you can get underground parking for $40.

This place is so quiet that is odd. The owner even lives on site so you know that place is WELL taken care of. They have changed the air filters twice already in a year and done routine stuff like changing out faucet screens..etc..diligently and let you know weeks in advance. The maintenance staff is ON IT and very friendly.

I only pay 700 for a 10th floor apt in a nice building...cheap...and all I pay is elec.

There is an indoor and outdoor pool though the outdoor one is closed for a little while until the next door building gets their stuff together and fixes some things. They even have a fully furnished apt on-site that you can rent for $50 a night if you are having guests that can't fit in your apt...far cheaper than a hotel.

Washer/dryer on every floor(every 10 apts)...finding it open is never a problem. There are trash chutes on every floor so you never walk far to take out the trash.

*Note: there are a few things you should know.
1.they don't allow animals.
2.There are a lot of oldies living here...so it isn't the best place to meet friends if you are the under 35 crowd...though there are many young professionals here, they kind of keep to themselves.

As long as you know these things and are ok with no pets and extreme quiet, you will love this place.
