I moved in just onder 6 mo ago in that time we have had to spray a roaches
and paint over all gang tags. have hand not hot water. we do have new siding
all over but a cover on a pile of ---- still stinks to hell

we have had 3 mgrs. in less then 2 yrs that saying somthing in just that if mgmt. will not stay why shuld we.

and well over priced

You just moved in 6 months ago and state "we have had 3 managers in less than 2 years. How do you know that? Something is fishy.
