Let the Buyer Beware!!!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
I can not actually say that I am a resident of this apartment, yet I feel compelled to write a review.
I paid the application fee, administration fee, and deposit for an apartment that was to be moved into on August the 1st of this year. When the time came tom move in, I was told that the actual apartment that I had paid the deposit on etc., was not ready yet so I would have to wait 2-3 weeks longer until the next unit was available. When I went back for the next apartment that was available for the same amount of money and on the same floor, they tried to add an administration fee of $100.00- again! When I pointed out their, "error" it was corrected and I was cleared to move in the next day.
The next day I was told that Kim (the property manager) did not want me to move in and that my deposit would be returned to me via mail. Returned where' I had no place to live since I was supposed to have been living there already! Sarah was about the only one among the office staff that was worth anything- Eva, Kim and the rest were worthless at best. After all of this, I still have not gotten my money back yet.
