I lived here in 1999-2000. At the time I was paying $575 for a tiny one bedroom apartment. As soon as winter rolled around, we found out that the water from the deck above us was seeping into our ceiling, which in turned dripped on everything we had in the living room. Our A/c never worked and rarely did the heat work. Our stove shorted out on us all the time and maintanance never fixed it. Could have caused a fire while we were away! So after our lease was up, we talked with the office and tried to tell them we wanted to extend for another 3 months. So what do they do'' Nothing. So we were sitting there on a month to month lease until they figured out what to do and then they have the nerve to evict us! Then after it all went to court they tried to say we damaged the carpet (which was damaged from the water in the ceiling) and that we left the apt trashed. HAHA!
