Maintenance does not exist.

Did without a refridge for 2 weeks.
When they did give me a refridge its door opens the wrong way
so very diffcult to use.
Plus they left the entrance door unlocked.
This was after 5 office visits and 2 email requests.
They still have not fixed the following.
Had a major water leak for 3.5 weeks and counting.
Lost or did not submit my work order.
Regularly lose rental checks. Always get a receipt.
Screen door not fixed after 4 years.
No working garbage deposal.
