These apartmemts are infested..... a week after moving in a roach was found; one of many more to come. I made several attempts to get it taken care of and they basicly refuse. I have a two year old little boy who I worry about and the Ventana could care less. ALSO IF ANYTHING BREAKS YOU MIGHT AS WELL FIX IT YOUR SELF... ( KEEP OUT).
At this point I have given them an ultimatum - take care of it or I WILL be calling the health department - seriously it is that bad!!!!! They come in through the drains, dishwasher and toliets so obviously they are in the sewer system. DISGUSTING!
