This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. I've been renting for about 7 years now, and been here in the Village at Bear Creek for about 9 months now.

The trees and landscaping are just beautiful and the buildings are well kept and very nice both inside and out.

Maintenance is VERY quick to respond to problems/concerns you have.

One very nice feature is the weather...it's always nice because it's in a creek valley. This makes for very mild temperatures regardless of the rest of the city.

It's also very secure...in fact the only problem I can think of is that it's pretty far from downtown if you want to maintain an active lifestyle and go out a lot, this probably isn't the place for you. I would rather 'go out' to the mountains, so this is ideal for me as they're RIGHT there (Morrison is approx. 5-10min away).
