Simply put, you get alot of features for your money. Fully loaded apartment complex, and the only apartment complex in which my rent DECREASED as we stayed. We stayed there for 4 years. nice grounds and location to trail networks were key factors for us. the only drawback is that after 4 years there was no sense of community with the tenants. the place is always having people move in and out. otherwise would I stay there again' most likely.
