I've lived here for about 2 years. I will soon be moving into my 3rd unit here and am generally pleased with the management, location etc. There have been the occasional noisemakers but they usually quiet down with a call or two to the office. One or two cars have had windows broken out in the past few years but other than that it's a very safe neighborhood. Rent is a little high for the square footage. But it's worth it for the full size W/D in unit, balcony and great views and no drug dealers. Oh yeah... and the resident raccoons that help clean out the dumpsters at night. I've seen two deer and my neighbor saw a coyote around 6am on the greenbelt. Right on Bear Creek Trail. Very nice! Parking can be annoying at times but I remedied that by getting a carport.
