My husband and I have only been here about 2 months, and we like it. We love the way the complexes are set up with lots of grassy areas. The location is fantastic and in a quiet area. We are on the ground floor but it has not been a problem as we are in a Phase 2 section. We only hear foot traffic above us but have not heard a peep of any voices or noises. Our apt. plan is spacious with two master bedrooms and two bathrooms that are just the right size - just a tad bigger than standard. The storage area is outside the apartment but really quite spacious. The management and maintenance staff are great - helpful and friendly. It has been wonderful during all the past snow incidents where the streets and parking lots are snow plowed as well as sidewalks and steps.
I spent a great deal of time searching for an apartment and we both feel this is the best that meets our needs, expectations and price. It is a great place for my husband to go run and bike as it is near Red Rocks, with convenient access.
My only complaint is the carpet in that it is thin and crinkling plastic noise in a few spots. But, not a big issue as it is clean and spot free.
