Used To Be Better--Watch Out

For an older complex the one bedrooms are spacious. Unfortunately, the quality of people living here has declined. They do background checks, but the person who signs the lease then has his 37 illegal relatives move in. There are MANY children running around unsupervised even though the "rules" say an adult should be with them. I have complained about the screaming children, but nothing is done. When I moved here it was a nice place, but it's turned into a semi-slum. It's too bad, but the other complexes around it are REALLY slums, so it's not surprising. Lower rents = scummy tenants.
