The managers, ground staff, and maintenance staff of this community are wonderful - we've had absolutely no issue with them. The issue...the residents! Not only is the noise UNBELIEVABLE at all hours of the night, but there are major safety issues. My husband and I joked a little bit about it until one night a gun fight took place literally right outside our apartment. Our friends are afraid to come here after having their car broken into (and car alarms are going off ALL the time as many break-ins occur). Good thing we drive a mostly worthless car or it might not even be here anymore! Everything inside the apartment is nice - in fact, if I could get rid of everything outside of it, I'd be fine. Would be nice if there were some good places to walk with my two baby daughters. Alas, I can't even go out the front door of my apartment without getting hassled by some of the unsavory male characters of the community. Poor choice unless you really don't care about any of this stuff.
