I lived in these apts for four years. When I first came to look at the property it was nice, and the staff was nice. They showed me an apt that was similar to what mine would be but NOT the one i was going to be living in. When i moved in i knew why, my apt smelled of dog urine so bad that i could not move in for a week i had to let it air out and i bought all kinds of smell good stuff. I went down to the office and told them that they needed to replace the carpets, they were very rude and said that they could have the carpets recleaned but they were not going to replace them, so what ever I got the smell under control. Then i had a problem with wasps on my balcony, i called the office over and over again only to have to threaten them with me calling a pest control service of my own and billing them, finally they said that they would send someone out, when that person came out they did nothing!!!! I had my vehicle broken into too. i live in the same complex as their security guard, and still had to deal with loud, rude unconsiderate neighbors. The office staff are very rude, they only care about the rent check and are not willing to work with you in anyway, they are very quick to threaten you with a lawyer when you are late. And love to post memos on your door about the "rules" of the property but for what they are not enforced!!! I did not realize what crappy residents lived there until i went down to the pool and see it was full of filth and then one night a resident was threating to commit suicide because they were going to evict her. After living their for four years, i finally bought a house and was needing out of my lease one month early, they would not do anything for me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE APTS TO MY WORST ENEMY!
