If you want to do your own maintenance, deal with unresponsive staff, and see drug dealin, crack prostitutes in the park across the street, this place would be perfect place for you. At least if you had good living conditions you might compromise on the environment outdoors, especially if you work during the day, and only have to enjoy your evenings at home.

I just moved to the property and they are pleasent to deal with when selling you the place. They don't tell you that you get absolutely no services while being a tennant. You wait on maintenance, I've never reached anyone when calling the office. They take time off during the days to close the office, I have even contacted the corporate office with no response which is even worse. It's like you get caught up in this black hole for the length of your lease...considering a class action law suit based on the other reviews, this is terrible.

I can feel your pain. I posted one of the other reviews because I had such a horrible experience. Then someone came on and attacked me because of what I said. Am I perfect? No. But what this rental company does is down right dirty. I've never, ever dealt with such horrible people. All I can hope is in the end they will get what they have coming to them.

This place is absolutely horrendous!!! Every comment and review on this site is TRUE. Except for the wonderful staff member who has plenty of time to b*llsh*t their way around the internet instead of answering phones. It's just sad that this place has such great potential but is a total reflection of its management. JUST TURN AND RUN. DON'T RENT HERE. LOW INCOME AND NON LOW INCOME. ITS NOT WORTH THE LOSS OF SANITY.

A class action law suit? I am all for it with you on that one. Im glad that Cathy found the time to bs around on the internent and respond to my reveiw instead of actually doing her job. I didn't know they were paid to play around on the internet. If I had a buck for everytime Cathy told me to pretty much F????????k off, I would be a millionaire. They sent me two notices to come and renew a lease that expired 2 years ago, and when I talked to Christina she said she sent out several notices. I'm a pack rat so I save every last bit of mail that comes in my mail box. And I can honestly say, she only sent out 2. It must be alzheimer or something, because they ,,FORGET" so much. Just like I spent all day for a maintanence tech to come and fix the weather stripping on my door, guess what Cathy ,,FORGOT" to open a work order for that. Amazing they can ,,FORGET" how to ,,CORRECTLY" do their jobs, but they can write some BS response to reveiws. They ,,FORGET" they want to attract people. The response that Cathy gave me just cost them two potential tenants. BRAVO CATHY!!!
