I'm a current resident that's been here over a year, that pays my rent on time. First off the office is always closed, due to the staff taking constant smoke breaks, or extended lunches past the posted time. The girls are lazy, tossing down the paperwork down from the upstairs loft instead of coming down the stairs and placing it in your hand. And one older lady who works there gives you nothing but sass & attitude when you ask her to do her job, whether it is looking up a lease or filing a complaint about partying neighbors. They are quick to give excuses for not doing their jobs, like the multiple maintenance requests we have submitted since last November & hasn't been taken care of yet & it's almost July.

That's just the office. . . The neighborhood is in Denver's Five Points. . . chock full of gangsters, mobsters, homeless people. I've been followed twice by some shady characters, and just the other night several shots were popped off right in front of our townhouse. Shots popped off in the near distance is quite the regular occurrence here, and as far as cleaning up the neighborhood, our view is a fenced off projects due for demolition soon, & is not quite finished cleaning up the area.

If you are looking for cheap clean quiet accommodations, please look elsewhere as you won't find it here, no matter how good they try to make it look. Our neighbors have been a --- male prostitute ring, to noisy young adults intent on keeping the neighbors up until after 3 am with their parties through out the complex!
